The dough of Fady Abounaoum is the result of passionate research, hardwork and experimentation with famous pizzaioli in Italy. Our pizza is made with 100% Italian flour and baked in our traditional wood oven. Our dough is freshly done every day to indulge you with light, highly digestive and superior taste Neapolitan pizza. We source only sterilised wood. We use the same dough for our Mn’ouche products to deliver unique, healthy, differentiated and high quality food.
We use on our food extra virgin olive oil sourced from Douma, remarkable village in the north of Lebanon. Douma ground is rich and has an abundance of olive trees. Our source of supply is Mr. Nassim Maalouf, winner of 2015 Horeca National Extra Virgin Olive Oil Contest.
Originated from the small city of San Marzano sul Sarno, near Naples and grown in volcanic soil surrounding the Mount Vesuvius, Cultivated by hand and have the EU “Protected Designation of Origin (PDO)” emblem on the label, San Marzarno tomatoes are the only tomatoes used for the Vera Pizza Napoletana (True Neapolitan Pizza). La PizzAria is the only pizzeria in Lebanon to associate its brand with the San Marzano premium and superior tomato product.
